I’ve had such a great experience at Oak Street Medical. Ed Valenzuela and the entire team are friendly, professional, and really take the time to listen. The office is clean, and I never have to wait long for my appointments. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients. Highly recommend!

I really like this practice. It is conveniently located and the staff is excellent, efficient and friendly. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of this clinic. My concerns feel validated when I have the need to be seen and I am usually able to get a timely appointment.

Staff is efficient, polite and accommodating. Doctors and nurses were patient and listened to all my concerns. My medical records were in a foreign language and they still took the time to look them over. I am very happy with the care provided.

This 82 old man, after being lucky enough to have had Doctor Jacobson and his wonderful staff since I was a young man, says he is the best Doctor and keeps the best staff of any other doctor or clinic I have ever experienced and I have needed doctors for 82 years so I can say there is no other doctor like him. He listens, hears, and pays attention and remembers what has been said. Thank You Doctor Jacobson for my repairs and for having good people working with you.

Very patient and kind, they really want to help and care about my health. I feel comfortable sharing anything and I’m always treated with respect. I’ve been going to this practice for over 8 years and it’s been great. They’ve helped me through difficult times as I have MS so there’s ups and downs. I’ve been seeing Dr Ed for a few years and I really like him. They have two locations that are close to each other so getting an appointment is usually easy and ive never had to wait long to be seen.

As a new patient and new to the area, I was greeted warmly at check-in. The medical assistant listened and offered reassurance and kindness. Off-the-charts compassion and laughter from Ginny Slaughter, nurse practitioner. Listened to my medical history, showed genuine concern, offered solutions. I was dreading this visit. I left uplifted, and comforted by fact that I now have a local medical team to stand beside me as we all grow older together.

As a brand new patient I was impressed with this practice, and since my wife has been a RN for over 30 years, I know what good health care is. I thought my FNP was very good and comprehensive! I was impressed by the referrals that were made and the advise for care I could begin myself at home. 5 Stars - Highly Recommend!

This doctor's office is hands down the best that I've ever been too in my 54 years of life! The entire staff is kind and compassionate and Eduardo Valensuela is so smart and easy to talk to. I was in a Healthcare nightmare with peacehealth and I was at the end of my rope. I was being forced to buy supplements through an online pharmacy that the doctor got a kickback from for adrenal gland issues when I need actual medication. I called Oak Street to see if any of their new providers were able to take my insurance yet and Rachel told me that it would be over 6 more months. I hung up uncontrollably sobbing because my anxiety is so unbearable. Rachel called me back immediately and told me that she just couldn't leave me that way and told me to walk to the refrigerator and get an ice pack and put it on my head and that it would help me calm down and she calmly sat there on the phone with me and then she asked me if she could call me right back. She called Ed Valensuela who agreed to help me and my appointment was only 4 days away! My appointment was like they used to be 30 years ago. I was treated with respect and to say he was thorough would be putting it mildly. I already have 2 follow up appointments just a week away and he helped me with my anxiety so I don't have to suffer in the mean time. Rachel even called me to follow up on how my appointment went. She has no idea how much her simple act of kindness and compassion changed my life. Oak Street Medical is the best Doctors office in the area in my opinion. A++ Edit to add that my 2nd appointment was even better. Ed has done more in 2 visits than any other office I have visited. Thank you Oak Street Medical! (I accidentally got his first name confused in my review and fixed it.)

Dr. Milgram is an outstanding physician. From the moment you walk into the office, the staff is welcoming and professional. Dr. Milgram has a wonderful bedside manner—she is attentive, patient, and truly listens to your concerns. She takes the time to explain diagnoses and treatment plans clearly, making you feel respected and well-informed. I have always felt confident and comfortable under her care and would highly recommend her and this practice to anyone.

Oak Street/Pearl Street Medical provided the best healthcare experience I have ever had. I was able to get an appointment the next day and my provider was outstanding. Everyone throughout the visit, reception, assistant, provider, and lab technician were all absolutely amazing.
